You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the healthcare provider's policy. Details are displayed clearly at the time of booking.
In rare cases, a healthcare professional may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative slot or a full refund, as applicable.
Payments for appointments and services on HealthCrew 24x7 are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. All fees are displayed clearly before you confirm a booking. By completing a payment, you authorize the charge for the stated amount. We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations (as per our cancellation policy), failed transactions, and cases where a service was not delivered as promised. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We are committed to making refunds hassle-free.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team at billing@healthcrew24x7.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve most billing disputes within 48–72 hours. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.

The medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment decisions made during consultations are solely the responsibility of the respective healthcare professional.
While we verify the credentials of all healthcare professionals on our platform, HealthCrew 24x7 does not guarantee specific medical outcomes or results. In case of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services immediately rather than relying on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HealthCrew 24x7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
All content on HealthCrew 24x7 — including the platform name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and features — is the intellectual property of HealthCrew 24x7 and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Prohibited activities include: impersonating a healthcare professional, submitting false medical information, spamming other users, attempting to hack or disrupt the platform, or using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

When changes are material, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
